Vintage Large James Jim Harvey Plastic Spinning Minnow Fly Lure Fishing

Description

Lure has an area of what appears to be silver paint on one side of the throat and some cracks in the plastic "spinner" section.
Please see pictures for condition. Any bright white streaks on the lure in pictures are from camera glare.
Lure body measures ~3" with fins.
